Our Strategic Approach to CSR

Our programs are strongly aligned to UN Sustainable Development Goals and situated around national indicators and targets laid by NITI Aayog SDG index. It is important to map all targets being addressed for a holistic understanding. Our key success metric in the future would be to ensure all the programs are designed to address both the plant and the state’s needs. Only when our programs fill the gap that the state has, would our efforts bear fruit. The factors critical to the success of our strategy are strong community engagement, effective implementation and robust monitoring & evaluation. A 6-step approach that does not only keep us responsible during the lifecycle of the project, but well beyond it.
